Why the name Elle On Saint J's? The Owner Brielle grew up with a few nick names however, one given to her by her grandparents stuck with her: Elle. Brielle spent time boating, fishing, and kayaking the St. John's River while growing up and by the grace of God, after having moved out of state for a time, was able come back to the great state of Florida and nestle in a charming Rivertown name Palatka. In every way, ESJ is special.
